Shipping Policy

Shipping for any of our breaks is ALWAYS free as a courtesy to all of our customers for any shipments in the U.S. International Shipments for breaks are based on the actual shipping fees.

Shipping for anything else other than breaks is free within continental U.S. and calculated when shipped anywhere outside of U.S. Prices are calculated at checkout and buyer pays exactly what is paid based on weight or dimensional weight supplied by our carriers.

We reserve the right to cancel any high risk orders which are shipped to any address other than the billing address. 

All of our orders are shipped either USPS first class or USPS Priority/International. All breaks ship out within 6 days of the break and we ship packages out twice a week –  Mondays and Fridays. In some rare instances, shipments may take longer (off site breaks etc.).

We are not responsible for changes of address that we were not made aware of and we ship to the address provided at checkout on this website. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any address changes and in the event that there is a change AFTER a shipment is sent out, the buyer is responsible for all fees necessary to redirect and return packages. Unless otherwise noted, ALL CARDS will always ship!

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” and all of our customers are provided with tracking on every single order. At times, if we see multiple order in queue being shipped to the same address, we will combine the orders in the same package. We offer insurance to all our customers which may be purchased on our website.
