Repack Policy
General Repack Policy
Whatever card is inside your repack is the card you keep. The pack's cover or packaging never changes what you receive.
Some repacks use a "popcorn" cover to signal that a ceiling card is inside. Covers are packed by hand, so on rare occasions a cover and its card may not match. Here is how we handle it:
- Ceiling card, no popcorn cover: You keep the ceiling card.
- Popcorn cover, but a floor card inside: You keep the floor card. Because you expected a ceiling, we will also give you an additional repack as a make-good. See Make-good repacks below.
Card worth less than the advertised floor
If a card from a floored tier is worth less than that tier's advertised floor, we will buy the card back from you at the floor price. For example, if you rip an Extended Cut (a $20 floor) and the card inside is only worth $12, we buy it back from you at the full $20 floor.
Remastered cases
Every Remastered case is guaranteed to contain one ceiling card. If a case is missing its ceiling:
- A popcorn cover held a non-ceiling card: The customer who pulled that popcorn cover receives a ceiling card from the same tier as their original repack, which we ship to them.
- No ceiling and no popcorn cover in the case: We randomize among every spot in that case that could have hit the ceiling. The winning spot receives a ceiling card from the same tier as their original repack, which we ship to them.
- When a case has two popcorn covers, we handle it this way:
- Both covers held ceiling cards: Both customers keep their ceiling cards.
- One held a ceiling, the other a non-ceiling: The ceiling customer keeps their card. The non-ceiling customer keeps their card and also receives a make-good repack.
- Neither held a ceiling: We randomize between the two popcorn covers. The winner keeps the card from their own repack and also receives a ceiling card from the same tier as their original repack, which we ship to them. The other customer keeps their non-ceiling card and receives a make-good repack.
Two cards in one repack
If a repack contains two cards, you keep both.
Empty repack
If a repack contains no card, we open another repack of the same tier in its place. For example, an empty Extended Cut is replaced with a new Extended Cut.
If an empty repack had a popcorn cover, you receive a make-good repack (see below).
Wrong sport
If a repack contains a card from a different sport than the stream (for example, a football card on our baseball stream), you choose:
- Keep it: The card is yours, and no replacement repack is opened.
- Swap it: We open a new repack of the same tier in the correct sport, and that card is the one we ship to you.
Make-good repacks
A make-good repack is given when a popcorn cover held a floor card, or when a popcorn-covered repack was empty. The make-good tier is set by the standard below so every host handles it the same way.
The make-good tier follows this ladder, with no exceptions:
- Encore: make-good is a Record Breaker.
- Extended Cut through Thriller: make-good is two tiers above the opened tier.
- Blockbuster and Record Breaker: make-good is a Record Breaker (the ladder is capped at Record Breaker).

Card condition and damage
Raw (ungraded) cards may have minor imperfections. The condition shown on stream is the condition we ship.
If a card comes out of a repack on stream with significant damage, reach out and we will make it right at our discretion. Minor wear is not eligible for a remedy.
Shipping
Shipping of cards and items from our live stream breaks, including damage or loss in transit, is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Verifying claims
We verify all claims using the stream's replay and in-house cameras. Our ruling, based on that footage, is final.
